Sean Marsden

Sean Marsden (born 17 January 1980 in Stirling) is a rugby union player who was born in Scotland but spent most of his life in ESean Marsdenngland, being capped by England at U21 Level. Indeed he even scoring a hat-trick of tries against the land of his birth.

A winger or full-back, he was part of the highly successful Bristol U21 team coached by Paul Hull that won the English U21 title 3 times running. At the start of the 2007 season he is currently on trial with Exeter to prove his fitness after an injury hit season with the Scottish regional team Glasgow Warriors having formerly played for Bristol in two spells as well as spells at Exeter and Neath. He attended Bristol Grammar School.

Sean returned to Exeter Chiefs during the 2007-8 season and helped the club achieve runners up spot in National League 1 and the EDF trophy both behind Northampton Saints.

Mark is a former England U21 prop and earned a 2 year contract with Bristol in February 2005 having been released by Gloucester at the end of the 2003-4 season.

He represented England Students in 2005-6 and signed a 2 year contract extension in November 2006.

Iro spent the 2007-8 season on loan with National League Division One side Newbury Blues where he impressed many before finishing the season early requiring surgery to correct a shoulder problem
